Just when you think it's a buyer's market in real estate, a clever home staging turns the tables. Awesome Tech Brainy interior design client California Style was instrumental in a recent property sale in Palm Springs.

Using the client's own furniture, sold with the property, the custom staging job done by California style helped the real estate agent to ink a sale within five days of listing... for almost the full asking price!

Please walk for those who can't at the LEGOLAND Resort in Carlsbad, CA. The annual MS walk, which supports those who are besieged by Multiple Sclerosis, will be our fifth annual gathering of Team Tech Brainy.

Virus removal activities @techbrainyTech Brainy took in four computers today alone with virus problems. Interestingly, the latest machine we took in had been put into danger due to the Microtrend scam we wrote about last week.

We have noticed a real up-tick in the volume of computer and laptop repairs needed here in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, and Vista.

We have heard from a couple customers recently that have been given a call by someone claiming they are from "Microtech" to report that they were supposedly trying to save the customers' computer from a virus.

We wish you could have given us six stars, too! <3

Last night,, Tech Brainy's lead technician, Boris Jocoy, saved a client's server from a really wicked computer virus and fixed their operating system post-virus purge.

Recently, Tech Brainy completed an installation of a new Linksys Wireless Router at a client's work location. While on-site, we also on-site, reconfigured USB port nine in the client's work computer to "com port one" to enable serial communication device use, which had previously been hampered by the inaccessibility of the required port.

Before we left the office, we tested serial port device usability and established that the client will experience no further delay in test equipment update access.

Carlsbad resident Suzette O. came into the Tech Brainy office at 565 Grand Ave. this past Saturday for two hours of computer training. She wanted to learn keyboard shortcuts for Excel, Word and PowerPoint, three key programs in the Microsoft Office suite.
